Behavioral Health Catalyst is a strategic resource for legislative, state agency, and community leaders. We support behavioral health policy processes by bringing structure to complexity, facilitating collaboration among diverse parties, and carving a path toward improved outcomes.

Behavioral Health Catalyst provides strategic and administrative support to the Washington State Health Care Authority (HCA) in coordinating the legislatively mandated Children and Youth Behavioral Health Work Group (CYBHWG) and its five subgroups. We also support the statewide Prenatal through 25 Strategic Planning Process.
